KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:

• Intermediate skills in Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Experience with social media & GIF creation & editing
• Skilled in video & audio editing
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and open-minded work habits with the ability to adapt to change under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate high organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment on high volume of projects.
• Demonstrate a strong conceptual design eye and the ability to think creatively to contribute to new ideas
• Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Visual Communication or related field required and 1-3 years related work experience preferred. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, such as, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat in a PC environment required. Knowledge of HTML, social media, web design, video editing, photography and print production a plus.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
