<b>Job Description:</b><br><br> As a Software Engineer at Client, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.<br>Job responsibilities<br><br>* Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems<br><br>* Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems<br><br>* Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development<br><br>* Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems<br><br>* Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture<br><br>* Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies<br><br>* Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.<br><br>Team/ Project: LOB: CIB- ---<br> Ram manages graphite recall system at jpmc---In short they are in the re-platforming phase-rebuilding entire payments platform at this time All payments processing with compliance regulatory etc <br>Graphite sits in CIB-it is a TOP Program--- CRITICAL. / Very high profile - great opportunity for these candidates <br>About Graphite: Graphite is a scalable, modern strategic platform for processing payments globally, including real-time payments <br><br>This need is to stand up a team in Palo Alto --- full scrum Building out swat team.<br><br><b>Requirement:</b><br><br>Requirements: <br><br>* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience (Java) <br><br>* Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability and experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages<br><br>* Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle <br><br>* Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security<br><br>* Strong expertise in building distributed applications using the core Java spring framework.<br><br>* Strong expertise in building RESTful microservices using spring boot application.<br><br>* Strong expertise in RDBMS, Cassandra, Message Broker (Kafka, Redis).<br><br>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills<br><br>* Hands on experience in Cloud Design, Kubernetes, Containerization<br><br>* Hands on experience in React(Preferred)/Angular and Spring boot<br><br>* Proven experience designing 3 tier Infrastructure architecture solutions<br><br>Skills: <br><br>* Mostly on Java side--- some specific to Spring boot and core java and some Full Stack- Node/ react/ Java<br> 60% java and 40% Java front end.<br><br>* Backend mostly springboot java<br><br>* UI- Angular /react JS<br><br>* Should know continuous integration, Jenkins, deployments, some level of on call support etc.<br> (See job description for more)<br>#PandoPandoLogic.
