Position Summary:

This position supports the ­­­­­Arts Center programs and the strategic operation of the Studio and JBK Theaters. The Front of House Associate assists the Arts Center Director with the execution of events. Requires the ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following are the functions essential to performing this job:

1. Monitor the lobby and house during events at the JBK Theater and Studio Theater.2. Assist patrons with locating the theatre, bathrooms, etc.3. Operate Box Office software to sell tickets and check in patrons.4. Ensure that patrons, renters, and guests follow FCC policies.5. Perform record keeping tasks as directed.6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma2. Prior employment, volunteer, or internship3. Ability to work with technology such as online ticketing platforms, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

1. Associate or Bachelor Degree2. Experience in customer service3. Experience with live events
