RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Front End Developer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary:We're looking for a Front End Developer with deep knowledge of TypeScript and React to help build and scale our browser-based TVSDK application. This person should be comfortable diving into large codebases, collaborating with developers both remotely and in-person, and participating in architecture and design discussions. While you'll learn a lot about streaming technology on the job, experience with video players, streaming technologies like DASH or HLS, content delivery, or embedded platforms will all help you hit the ground running.REQUIREMENTS:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
- TypeScript
- React/Redux/Sagas
- CSS preprocessors (e.g. SASS, LESS)
- Nx
- Webpack
- Test-driven development (we use Jest)
- Version control (we use Git)
- CI/CD pipelines (we use GitLab)
- Production observability tools (we use OpenSearch, among others)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
