Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our Fairfield Inn Daytona Beach, located in the ONE DAYTONA entertainment epicenter. Truly a unique Fairfield Inn, the hotel features raceway-themed decor with artwork and photography displays that tell the history of the speedway. The property also features a lobby bar and the traditional Fairfield amenities like a complimentary hot breakfast, outdoor pool, fitness center and 105 spacious guest rooms and suites: each featuring a microwave and refrigerator.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
