Performs the duties necessary to ensure the efficient operations of the Northern Montana Health Care Foundation including book and record keeping services for the Foundation under the direction of the Executive Director, as well as organizing and coordinating on-going and specially funded programs for the Foundation as directed. Typically utilizes various software applications and computer systems. Other possible duties may include maintaining and ordering department inventory and organizing meetings. Assists with all aspects of preparation related to events of the Foundation. Post high school secretarial or equivalent coursework is preferred.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Abilities:
1) Basic financial bookkeeping skills
2) Ability to use word processing software
3) Ability to use computer spreadsheet software for financials
4) Ability to design and maintain a filing system for the Foundation office
5) Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
