We are hiring experienced Foreman for our Electric Crews in New Berlin, WI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct crew to safely execute job responsibilities.
  • Train new employees on fusing practices, safety, how to operate equipment, and how to use tools.
  • Job planning, including but not limited to resources, equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain open communication with manager.
  • Responsible for identifying the accurate amount of materials and obtaining them.
  • In an emergency, secure the scene, and notify utility, police, fire department and manager.
  • Responsible for communicating with inspectors, homeowners, and crews in a positive and effective way.
  • Complete proper documentation regarding all at fault and non-at-fault dig in damages, employee injuries, vehicle accidents and property damages.
  • Be proficient with utility practices and procedures. Know where to access detailed information.
  • Complete daily pre-job and safety paperwork.
  • Ensure employees have current operator qualifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of utility field experience working with main and service construction.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • A keen attention to detail, the ability to adjust to dynamic conditions, and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Completion of OSHA 10 Hour Training within past two years.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiar with OSHA (State & Federal) rules and regulations.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
