Fantastic regional law firm is adding a floating legal assistant to their team. 1+ years' professional experience.

Job Description: Floating Legal Assistant. This is a full-time in office position, Monday through Friday, primarily based in our Worcester office, but must have the ability to travel to Westborough and Boston.

Responsibilities include working closely with attorneys, paralegals and other legal administrative assistants to provide administrative support in the areas of drafting correspondence and legal documents, assembling document productions, calendar/file maintenance, electronic filings, and client/case management. The Firm seeks candidates who are team-oriented, quality-focused, and have a strong attention to detail, and who possess outstanding computer, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
