RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Product Analyst in Lone Tree, CO.Summary:This person will be the liaison to the development team to provide more robust forecasting, modeling, and reporting around equity compensation and equity accounting reporting. The Financial Product Analyst will provide subject matter expertise in Share-Based Payments, specifically around IFSR 2 and ASC 718 regulations. This role entails evaluating financial information, crafting forecasts and models, and delivering robust reporting to facilitate end client P&L reporting. Key Responsibilities of the Financial Product Analyst:
  • Using knowledge of ASC 718 and IFRS 2 regulations, build data models to forecast stock value, build forecasting models to support P&L reporting
  • Support the collection and examination of financial data to execute processes such as budget formulation, variance analysis for designated areas, preparation of internal and external reports, and identification of data discrepancies
  • Gather requirements to support build out of new reporting capabilities


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; An MBA, CPA, or CFA certification is highly preferred; Background in public accounting audit practices is highly desired
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in equity compensation accounting
  • The preferred candidate will possess significant experience in equity accounting and reporting and a robust grasp of equity financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp focus on detail and precision
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex financial data to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with GAAP and international regulatory standards pertinent to equity compensation


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
