Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in NYC. The hours are 9/9:30am-5/5:30pm and this role is in the office four days a week with one remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the Founder and Managing Partner
- Manage office supplies and technology (printers, scanners)
- Handle scheduling for conference rooms and prepare meeting materials
- Maintain and coordinate complex and detailed calendars
- Coordinate a high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Provide concierge services, making necessary reservations to restaurants
Qualifications:
- 2-6+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Enthusiastic, proactive, organized, and tech savvy professional
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K base depending on experience + bonus
