Position Summary::The Executive Assistant to the Chief Officer of College Environment provides high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing complex schedules, handling confidential communications, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fluid environment.
Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, supporting special projects, and maintaining records to uphold college standards. A proactive approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Provides advanced administrative and technical assistance for the executives and/or high-level management, requiring the use of administrative judgment; maintains confidentiality of information.
Department::College Environment
Work Hours::Typically, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Evening and/or weekend hours will be required on occasion.

Duty and Responsibility::Manages executive calendars including scheduling business meetings and social events; provides related project management support.
Duty and Responsibility::Initiates, develops, processes, prepares and records paperwork, contracts, databases, spreadsheets, applications, forms, reports, and/or confidential information related to assigned area of responsibility, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information; maintains related records. May maintain information on a department website.
Duty and Responsibility::Collects, compiles, processes, and reviews information and/or data as directed.
Duty and Responsibility::Prepares, reviews, and/or processes a variety of correspondence, reports, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, and/or other related information in assigned area of responsibility; may maintain records and databases.
