POSITION SUMMARY:

DuBois Chemicals is looking to hire a high-achieving Equipment Engineering Co-op to ensure the highest levels of service to all internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting in leading, executing, and delivering support towards sales, profitability and expense savings initiatives. Deliver meaningful results while aligning with customer experience strategies and corporate standards. Accountable to develop a sense of continuous learning while assisting the organization and department to reach it goals. Demonstrate the company's core competencies of communication, customer focus, innovation, integrity & ethics, lean & safety, and passion to succeed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Organize and create data sheets/literature with the goal of promoting sales initiatives.
• Research and evaluate equipment solutions to resolve requests by internal equipment team.
• Create drawings as requested by sales and service representatives using dimensional drawing programs.
• Collaborate with various levels of the organization including sales/service representatives, as well as the equipment quoting team (Sharonville Equipment Team).
• Assist in the assembly and shipping of equipment systems for internal/external customers.
• Create and maintain part number database and update vendor trade agreements.
• Consistent with our culture of continuous learning, participate in self-development activities related to your job function or functions assigned by manager.
• Travel to customer sites with equipment team members to gather information and offer equipment solutions to customers.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuant of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering from an accredited university/college with a co-op program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven understanding in two- or three-dimensional drawing programs.
• Understanding of data sheets
