Job Duties: Grant Application Support: Assist in the preparation or updating of program guidelines, application intake, and all required forms. Grant Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of awarded grants, collect and compile data, and help prepare periodic reports, ensuring that all requirements are met. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records of grant applications, contracts, award letters, and financial documents in accordance with organizational and funding agency policies. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with program managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure grant compliance and timely execution of workforce development programs. Compliance and Regulations: Assist with ensuring that grant-funded activities meet all federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies. General Administrative Support: Provide general support to the grant administration team, including data entry, preparing materials, and handling inquiries related to grant processes. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the classification.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline related to the work assigned. Experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in CSM system.
Other:Regular and reliable attendance is required. This position requires travel. As such, the incumbent must be able to present a valid driver's license or another form of reliable transportation.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong computer skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
