Your Role:

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
• Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all distribution activities
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments, such as, CPM, and Planning to ensure timely product availability and delivery
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management regarding distribution operations
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the distribution process, including customer complaints and logistical challenges

Physical Attributes:

• You will be working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related Business Discipline
• Previous GMP experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• 2+ years working in SAP EWM
