As a Director of Operations, your management experience is vital to the day-to-day operations of the department. You work strategically to consistently maintain and improve practices.
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Riedman Campus
DEPARTMENT: Urgent Care Operations
SCHEDULE: Weekdays, flexibility required
ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospital, Public Administration or related discipline preferred; Master's in same fields desired.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare operations and leadership preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and success in working collaboratively with physicians and other organizational leadership to achieve identified organizational goals.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Administration. Devise and implement optimal organizational structure to ensure efficient practice operations, based on available financial and personnel resources; recruit, hire and evaluate management staff; develop and implement standardized processes and systems within the department related to billing, patient service and data reporting; collaborate with leadership in strategic planning and implementation.
- Quality Assurance. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure compliance with RRH quality initiatives; promote continuous quality improvement; ensure optimal patient service and promote ongoing patient satisfaction.
- Finance & Strategy. Collaborate with leadership to ensure optimal financial performance; Participates with the Finance leadership in budget formulation and ongoing variance analysis. Monitors operations to ensure compliance with budget and works on financial improvement opportunities. Supports Medical Directors of service line(s) for which this position is responsible.
PAY RANGE: $85,010.00 - $130,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
