Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the revenue management team, overseeing all aspects of revenue optimization.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Management position, preferably with strong independent hotel experience.
  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in Duetto and Stay n Touch software is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both the public and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hotel sales, distribution sources, and revenue strategies.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Essential statistical and analytical skills to identify revenue opportunities and address shortfalls.
  • Collaborative & Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Present a professional and confident appearance at all times.
