HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a rapidly growing privately held facilities service provider and leader in the retail, education, healthcare, multifamily, life science, and industrial markets. With over $100MM in revenue for their NYC market alone, growth rates of 30% year over year, and regional offices in 8 states, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals
in the facilities management space.

Your new role

As the Director of Operations, you will oversee the company's custodial/janitorial services division supporting some of their largest accounts in their NYC portfolio across the commercial space totaling roughly 4MM square feet. Reporting in to the AVP of Operations, this Director of Operations will be managing 2 Area Managers and their teams. The Director of Operations will manage over $50MM in annualized revenue and will help grow the commercial janitorial class A side of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Director of Operations position in NYC, candidates will possess the following:

• 5-10 years of experience in facilities service management with a janitorial/custodial management
• Proven track record in leadership with the ability to manage and develop a growing team
• Ability to develop and bring in facilities services accounts/business strongly preferred
• Strong budget management experience
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships

What you'll get in return

The Director of Operations will receive a salary of $160-$185K + 20% bonus, 401K, PTO, and full medical benefits including dental and vision.
