Our client, a multi-faceted company, is seeking a direct-hire Director of Human Resources to join their busy office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of benefits and total rewards packages.
- Track different budgets, review invoices, and handle vendor payment approvals.
- Collaborate on training, development, and recruitment priorities.
- Handle employee relations and engagement.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Supervise a small Human Resources support team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience required at the Senior Manager or Director level.
- HRIS experience is required; ADP experience is a plus!
- Comfortable as a strategic leader and hands-on day-to-day contributor.
- Knowledge of employment laws on a federal, state, and local level.
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range of $115K-$125K (DOE) with a targeted 15% annual bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Parking provided at the Washington, DC office.
