Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction and business strategy of our client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product designs with a focus on style, functionality, and material execution
- Deliver flawless product designs, achieving goals with speed, agility, and acute attention to detail
- Adapt designs based on feedback for finalization
- Present designs confidently to internal leaders and key cross-functional partners
- Conduct ongoing competitor research and trend analysis
- Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process
- Manage, inspire, and develop junior design talent
- Ensure deliverables meet budget and time commitments without compromising design excellence

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of design experience in a comparable retail environment
- Exceptional talent with a commercial fashion eye and detail in product styling/performance
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and minimally internationally

The ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive, and respectful, with a customer service philosophy. They will be a champion for change, able to react with speed and agility, and a creative problem solver. This role is based onsite at our client's location and will require the successful candidate to complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.

Please note, this role does not consider recent graduates and requires specific experience in accessory design. Experience with Centric is a plus. This is a one-month assignment with potential for extension based on project needs.
