RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lathrop, CA that is looking for a motivated and accomplished Design Project Coordinator to join their infrastructure team.Overview:The role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multi-disciplinary projects, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen. This role will require excellent communication skills and an ability to self-learn and seek out solutions to problems. This programs schedules push the limits of what is physically possible. This requires you to be extremely detail oriented, identify real hard barriers, and drive the cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality. You will drive collaboration between Engineering disciplines, Construction, Manufacturing and Production to ensure our team's goals are aligned with company priorities. You will work to understand the opportunities and challenges of each project, organize scattered information into a concise and complete message, document and communicate to every team member.Duties:- Managing workload - prioritizing work and ensuring deadlines are met
- Project Start-Up/Initiation including contracts, RFPs, work authorizations, creation and/or maintenance of project directories, cloud-based file sharing sites, opening project and sub-project numbers
- Early Project Phases tasks including but not limited to consultant contracts and contacts, consultant work authorizations, accurate project file documentation, project filing, copying/scanning, creation/maintenance of various spreadsheets, correspondence, maintenance of logs (project IDs, scope, schedule, responsible parties), meeting coordination and video conference set-up as required, and preparation of meeting agendas/notes
REQUIREMENTS:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
