This global position is part of the Danaher Business System Team and will be working remotely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lean Process Responsibilities (75%):

• Drive improved Innovation results at sites / companies by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process. Key tools include the Danaher Software System (DSS), DBS Fundamentals tools, Continuous Delivery (CD), Visual Project Management (VPM) among others.
• Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching at all levels. Coach leaders to address change management barriers and culture gaps.
• Promote and facilitate associate development in Innovation DBS tools. Evaluate and approve process champions and support candidates in achieving certification in appropriate DBS tools.
• Leverage OpCo Innovation KPIs to guide support and improvement initiatives at the Operating Companies.

Data Analyst responsibilities (25%):

• Conduct quarterly consolidation of Innovation Equation Metrics from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and outputting data from Excel into Powerpoint
• Cross reference Quarterly Innovation Equation Scorecard (QIES) for actionable insights.
• Perform detailed financial data analysis to identify trends and irregularities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.S. in Engineering or Sciences required; MBA and/or advanced Engineering degree desired.
• 10+ years experience in software engineering and software engineering management/leadership
• Leadership of software development programs and teams. History of leading software functions as part of APD projects which have been delivered on-time
• Hands-on implementation of formal agile practices: XP, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Experience leading and/or setting up distributed agile teams. Track record of deploying agile practices to functions outside of software development.
• Experience desired in some of these areas:
  • Up to date on modern programming languages, tools & techniques: C# or similar, test automation, static analysis, Git, GitHub Copilot or similar, Azure DevOps or similar, software design patterns, software design principles
  • Full stack experience: User interface, business logic, micro services, database, embedded, firmware, cloud software
  • Data Science exposure: Python programming, AI/ML concepts, Process Mining
  • Software development and software verification in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Genomic Medicine.
• Leadership & Lean Coaching Experience

The salary range for this role is 155 - 200.000 Dollar. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
