Job Title: Data Engineer (Contract to Hire)
Location: Plano, TX
Required Skills:
- Experience with Big Data technologies.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced experience with AWS, Java/Python, and Big Data technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Big Data technologies to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Java and/or Python.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, with a preference for AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Proven experience with Big Data technologies.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
