Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
A growing Fortune 100 distribution company located in the Newark area is currently searching for an experienced Buyer. To be considered, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus), a minimum of 2 Years of Dairy purchasing experience (preferably in the food distribution industry), as well as good negotiation skills, and strong communication skills. You must be able to evaluate market trends, product performance, and supplier capabilities to recommend pricing structures and promotional strategies, as well as building and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Those with foodservice distribution industry experience will receive the highest consideration! The company offers an excellent starting salary and annual bonus totaling up to $95,000, plus strong benefits.
