Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative CX Business Analyst Consultant to join their dynamic team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of researchers, UI/UX designers, and other CX business analysts.
As a CX Business Analyst Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating Journey Maps
- Reviewing data analytics specific to Voice of the Customer (Surveys) and NPS
- Making recommendations for improvements and identifying root cause issues of pain points within journeys
- Learning the Glassbox technology to transcribe calls and offer recommendations
- Leading and facilitating small group discussions/exercises around journey mapping
The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Centered Design and Journey Mapping. Strong Excel skills and experience in Digital/Web/Data Analytics are required. Familiarity with Glassbox, MIRO, SuiteCX, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and Human Centered Design knowledge will set a candidate apart.
Please note that all candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer. This role is a 12-month contract position.
