Customer Service Specialist
Location: Columbia, MD | Manufacturing Industry
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly dependent on experience

Ultimate Staffing is working with a dynamic team who is a leading manufacturer of precision instruments, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with customers and teams both locally and globally!
What You'll Do:
Be the Face of Our Service: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person, assisting with purchase orders, returns, and product inquiries.
Keep Things Moving: Enter Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), manage order statuses, and ensure customer records are up-to-date using SAP and our CRM system.
Support the Service Team: Work with the service department and shipping to coordinate product deliveries and on-site visits for our technicians.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop long-term customer relationships by offering prompt, friendly service, preparing quotes, and following up on orders.
Collaborate Internationally: Partner with our counterparts in Germany to streamline customer support and product processes.
What You Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
2+ years of experience in customer service or clerical work.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to handle data entry efficiently.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM systems) is a big plus!
Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
