Position Overview for the Creative Strategy Coordinator:
Administrative Support for Creative Strategy Team: Provide essential administrative support to the Creative Strategy & Content team by organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling routine communications, ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
Creative Vendor Database Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of creative resources by researching, onboarding, and managing relationships with third-party vendors. Ensure that vendor information is accurate, updated, and accessible for easy reference and collaboration.
Financial Coordination and Purchase Management: Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing in Uniport, working closely with finance to ensure accurate tracking and timely payments. Maintain meticulous records for auditing and future reference.
Video Production and Content Coordination: Facilitate video production logistics, including scheduling shoots, coordinating with finance and legal teams, and managing communication with videographers and editors. Ensure the timely sharing of approved creative assets to relevant stakeholders.
Passion and Knowledge of Music and Visual Arts: Deep enthusiasm for music, design, visual arts, and fashion, along with an interest in bringing music to audiences in creative ways. Experience or interest in digital trends and marketing technology is a plus.
Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Exceptionally organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills and Familiarity with Tools: Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Monday.com, Box, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with purchase order management and creative collaboration platforms is preferred.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Comfortable liaising with various teams, including finance, legal, and creative, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
