Beacon Hill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller on behalf of our client.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, a proven ability to manage a team, and a dedication to financial accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process
• Oversee and mentor a team of direct reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including bank reconciliations and cash forecasting
• Oversee and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience managing a team
• Experience in healthcare accounting is highly preferred
