SUMMARY
Eagle Eye Electric, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and management encompassing multiple DoD facilities in the San Antonio Texas area. This position requires a deep understanding of project management and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex maintenance contracts and staff, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the maintenance of multiple buildings, ensuring high-quality support and contract administration.
- Manage staff in support of contracts, coordinating and overseeing contract strategy meetings.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with all safety and performance standards.
- Accurately document and track financials using Excel, ensuring all billing is signed and approved.
- Review material submittals and engineer drawings, ensuring the scope of work is consistent and modifications are accurately planned and executed.
- Efficiently manage project milestones and budgets from planning through construction and initial operations.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including project managers, business operations, finance, and facilities operations.
- Develop and maintain contracts, ensuring standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Implement company safety program for all employees and subcontractors.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONRequired (Minimum) Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in electrical apprenticeship, superintendent training, and project management preferred.
- 10 years of experience in supervision and project management.
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and OSHA Construction Safety and Health.
- Proficiency in quality control measures and project planning.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills.
- Experience with military or other special purpose installations preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics - Knowledge of National Electrical Codes (NEC) and familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).
- Ability to create and submit accurate progress invoices.
- Utilize proficient skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word for accurate documentation.
Preferred - Hold Military Department of Defense Clearances, with a comprehensive understanding of DOD protocols and safety standards.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Does not hire and supervise direct reports.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
