Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our Project Advisory team, responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while providing expert guidance to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in project management methodologies, and a track record of managing diverse projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Managing complex construction projects, including plan reviews, cost assessments, and quality control to ensure timely delivery of contracted services within established parameters.
• Conducting due diligence, site observations, and property condition assessments whilst leading project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Overseeing project team performance, including mentoring and training team members, whilst supporting senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to business development through research, presentations, and client relationship management.
• Travelling locally and nationally is required, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar from an accredited university plus five years of related experience; or ten years of comparable experience *
• Solid Construction Project Management experience with sound construction administration knowledge and familiarity with housing, retail and commercial design/construction
• Professional certifications preferred (AC, CPC, LEED AP, PE, PMP, RA, RICS, etc.) with commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Bluebeam (preferred)
