Responsibilities:

• Service loans for commercial clients - payments, payoffs, advances, and adjustments to loan systems
  

• Read and understand all commercial loan documents including notes, agreements, and understand how the data is set up on the required loan system
  

• Communicate effectively with loan officers, managers, and clients regarding loan transactions and exceptions
  

• Ability to deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures
  

• Perform completeness check to ensure system matches executed documents; ensure knowledge of the Commercial lending products and services, including an understanding of a Credit Agreement, loan funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flow, etc.
  

• Process loan portfolio seamlessly and accurately and anticipates business needs.
  

• Critical thinking & root cause analysis skills
  

• Applicant should also possess & display teamwork skills in working to support the team as well as assisting colleagues in other areas
  

Experience:

• Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
  

• In lieu of degree, a combination of coursework and experience
  

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations
  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.
  

• Comfortable working in a fast passed environment.
  

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
