Immediate and Remote opportunity for a Cloud Data Architect to join industry leading company in the Public Government Sector supporting IT Cloud Solutions for Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) initiatives.

*This role is Fully Remote*

The Cloud Data Architect will offer their expertise and leadership on cloud applications, hardware, and software, with a focus on analytics environments using Cloud-based platforms and big data technologies.
Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in data warehouse, data lake, and analytics implementation in healthcare.
• Proficiency with ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Advanced Analytics, STAR Schema, Dimensional modeling, Machine Learning, Change Data Capture (CDC), and integration technologies.
• Experience migrating a complex healthcare data analytics platform from on-prem to a commercial cloud provider.
• Experience with Government Cloud technologies in a healthcare environment – experience with deploying PII and PHI data to the cloud.
• Experience with federal and/or state cloud deployment regulations and constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) and ELT (Extract-Load-Transform) tools such as Striim, Informatica, Talend.
• Experience in one or more of the traditional HHS domains: Medicaid, Child Welfare, SNAP, TANF, Child Support Enforcement, etc., or consulting in those areas is preferred
