Duties: The Clinical Research Coordinator C assists in administration and coordination of the First Episode Psychosis (FEP) PA-wide Program Evaluation grant. Responsibilities include ongoing management and improvement of outcome measure collection as well as training and supervision of staff at 9 FEP programs across the state. In addition, the coordinator is responsible for designing and conducting state wide fidelity assessments, including in person site visits, to measure adherence to the Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) model. The coordinator will provide detailed reports on outcome measures on a quarterly basis and fidelity assessments annually to the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). Individual program reports will be generated by the coordinator as requested. Assistance with IRB and progress reports as well as grant writing and manuscript preparation. Perform other research-related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 4 years to 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree preferred. Expertise in REDCap, Excel, familiarity with program evaluation in mental health care, some administrative, research, or managerial experience.
Skills and experience preferred:
Knowledge of first episode psychosis and the CSC model, experience with the FEP population, familiarity with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau), and R software, familiarity with policy research and reporting, and informatics.
Background check required. Must pass Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Act (also known as Act 73) background checks, within 30-90 days of employment
