Our client one of the fastest-growing tech startups is a certified Great Place to Work. They are looking for a Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team in River North! In this role you will support their US based customers using their cloud-based software. You'll be a key player in delivering an outstanding product experience. They offer a flexible hybrid schedule at their state-of-the-art offices!

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer service standards and set new benchmarks for excellence in interactions.
• Assist customers with onboarding, training, and education on the platform.
• Respond to technical questions and serve as a reliable advisor on our products.
• Discover upselling opportunities to boost revenue.
• Collect and disseminate customer success stories.
• Offer insights to refine processes across teams.

You:

• 1+ year of experience in a client services role within the tech industry.
• Energetic and driven individuals eager to grow in the tech industry.
• Proven experience in customer-centric roles.
• A curious mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities.
• Strong digital proficiency (MS Suite, Slack, CRM tools).
• Excellent communication skills
