Charge Nurses oversee the delivery of quality nursing services by working with physicians and other care providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care and provide a positive, supportive environment. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, identifies and completes continuing education, and trains others. This role serves as a front-line representation of the organization's quality objectives surrounding patient care, upholding confidentiality, safety, and professionalism standards.
1 year or more experience in Nursing. ADN, BSN, BA/BS with MSN, OR Diploma in Nursing.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
