Carelon Global Solutions Transformation & Innovations Director

Preferred Location: Ohio. This position is hybrid. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

Carelon Global Solutions Transformation & Innovations Director

This leadership role will involve developing and improving various business processes and technologies, while working closely with Carelon Global Solutions (CGS) leaders. The Director will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic roadmaps that promote continuous improvement and align with CGS's transformational goals. Additionally, the Director will oversee transformation-focused initiatives, guiding the organization through transformations and ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives and ensures results are being delivered.

How will you make an impact:

• Develops and manages solution transformation strategies and internal partnerships to execute the solution roadmaps.
• Provides comprehensive analytic and business insight across Carelon Global Solutions to support transformation business cases.
• Works closely with internal ELV committees to ensure business cases and funding requests meet requirements and timelines for all CGS innovation initiatives.
• Manages the transformation execution oversight and any issues that arise and removes roadblocks
• May provide leadership and/or oversight of projects, project teams and/or external consultants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related area and a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible business and professional experience including 3 years of leadership experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Master's degree preferred.
• Work experience in product development, marketing or project management experience preferred.
