Duration: 03+ Months Contract
Shift (Start/End Time): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Pay Rate: $23-24 per hour
Job Description:
As a Member Services Coordinator (CMSC) for Ambetter Market Place, your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting them with a variety of needs related to case management and health plan services. You will engage with members through phone outreach, assist with downloading and onboarding the Well frame App, educate members on Digital Case Management, and support their navigation through Centene's health services.
Key Responsibilities:

Telephonic Outreach: Initiate calls to members and respond to inbound calls from members or Centene associates.

Case Management: Create cases, tasks, and referrals in the member's chart in TruCare.

Screenings & Documentation: Complete necessary screenings in TruCare and document all member interactions, outreach, and case updates.

Spreadsheet Filtering: Filter and manage Excel spreadsheets as part of daily administrative tasks.

Wellframe Onboarding: Assist members with downloading the Wellframe App and educate them about its features and benefits.

Daily Planning & Scheduling: Utilize Microsoft Outlook Calendar for planning daily tasks and ensuring timely outreach.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional spoken communication skills
- Typing proficiency
- Basic medical/healthcare knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous call center experience
- Prior experience in a managed health plan or medical facility
- Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology
Education Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
