Business Transformation Leader, Human-Centered Design

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Transformation Leader to drive impactful change for our clients by integrating human-centered design (HCD) principles into business strategy and operations. As a key leader at Slalom, you will guide organizations through transformative journeys, aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable success.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities to implement transformative solutions.
  • Design and execute comprehensive transformation strategies that leverage human-centered design to improve customer and employee experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions to uncover insights and foster alignment across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of transformation initiatives, using data-driven approaches to demonstrate value.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in business transformation, human-centered design, and digital innovation.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives within consulting or corporate environments.
  • Deep expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, or related methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align customer-centric strategies to organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing C-suite executives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
