RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Transformation Execution Lead in Chesterfield, MO.Summary:Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Business Transformation, the successful candidate will lead projects, drive process engineering, and leverage technology to achieve transformational goals.Responsibilities:- Lead and execute transformational projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
- Business Transformation Execution Lead will drive process engineering initiatives, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilize technology as an enabler for business transformation, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to support strategic objectives
- Thrive in a dynamic remote work environment with constantly changing priorities and timelines, occasionally requiring travel
- As a Business Transformation Execution Lead, you will effectively communicate with employees at all levels, from frontline staff to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and successful project implementation
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or related roles
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and driving business process improvements
- Proficient in communication and stakeholder management, engaging individuals across all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience in utilizing technology for business transformation initiatives is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
