LOCATION: 100% onsite in Commerce, CA (only local candidates will be considered)
TERM: Direct-hire / Permanent
PAY: $85,000 to 100,000
POSITION: Business Systems Analyst

Tasks/Essential Duties

• Supports business application users, reviewing and resolving process and application issues.
• Serves as liaison between local entity and Corporate ERP-IT team.
• Develop proposals and implementation plans for business system resolutions to user needs including resources required (personnel and costs) to execute.
• Regularly meet with managers and users to evaluate business system performance and as needed develop and recommend improvements.
• Develop necessary knowledge base to become the subject matter expert (SME) in the interconnectedness of various business applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related technical field
• Hands on experience with SQL (read/write basic SQL code)
• Job Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Knowledge of ERP
• Knowldeg of Quality System (QAD, QAD EQMS, MES etc) is ideal
• Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control and quality systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels
