RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a full time Business Services Specialist. This role is remote with some travel required.Overview:The Business Services Team is pivotal for the Company's success by reliably executing critical transactional processes, from accounts payable, applying cash, master data, and more. In addition, the team continuously improves these processes with LEAN methodology in tandem with innovative technology.We are seeking a tech-savvy and motivated Business Services Specialist to join our Business Services Team. Reporting to the Business Services Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for various processes supporting our business as mentioned in the above section. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization.Responsibilities:
  • Execute transactional processes as determined by business services team; Examples include accounts payable invoice processing, cash application, price changes, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of business service tasks
  • Contribute to making the processes better, implementing standardized procedures and best practices
  • Work closely with the Business Services Team Lead to define and refine operational strategies that align with our organizational goals


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in reliably supporting a business process
  • Eagerness to learn new processes & functions - business services team will continue to take on new processes, not limited to finance & accounting
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding critical transactional processes
  • Tech-savvy individual with basic understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., IQMS, Oracle), database mgmt. systems (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Desire to grow within the organization


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
