The Business Development Manager, Walmart - strategically preserves and grows our most important distribution partner relationships to deliver above market growth rates in conjunction with desired Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) North America business objectives. You are a trusted advisor that provides guidance and leadership to a cross-functional team. Your performance is enabled by product expertise and accelerated by strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship management and a challenger mentality that doesn't shy away from difficult conversations. In this individual contributor role, you'll report to the KCP NA Director of eCommerce Growth & Analytics.

In this role you will:

  • Drive execution of the eCommerce playbook including optimizing of assortment, digital content, search experience, pricing, and digital marketing for Walmart

  • Additionally explore and evolve go-to-market strategies for Costco and Sam's

  • Translate market trends, KCP and your distributors' strategies into formal Joint Business Plans that deliver eCommerce business objectives, competitive advantage, reduced complexity, and mutual accountability

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with distributor senior leadership that extend beyond category management. Your cadenced sessions will ensure continued alignment and monitoring of progress against strategic initiatives, address business challenges, amplify successes, and seek help to remove barriers

  • Collaborate across all functions of KCP (Supply Chain, Channel Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, National Accounts, RGM) to Elevate the Customer Experience

  • Execute KCP initiatives (eCommerce, Supply Chain, Pricing, Terms & Conditions) effectively with the customer to achieve growth targets

  • Track results, develop forecasts and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the customers' performance and eCommerce capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of business and sales experience

  • Deep understanding of eCommerce, B2B sales and retail industry

  • Data driven analytical skills and decision making

  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Experience as part of a cross functional team managing large and complex customers

  • Experience managing and influencing executive level relationships (internal and external); delivering results and satisfaction

  • Travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Power BI
