Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring a Business Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 24 Months with possible extensions
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103

As a Business Analyst, you will:

Customer Service aligned/oriented Quality Analyst who can interpret Customer Service data/metrics with at least 3 yrs minimum exp in this space, not overall career, but at least 3 yrs in Quality Analyst working environment, meaning candidate can have 3 yrs Quality Analyst exp in addition to other career exp.
Analyzing Customer Care & Billing client data, and then interpreting this information; and data and providing solutions/outcomes to the client in briefings, meetings, and reports.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Evaluating CC&B (Customer Care & Billing metrics/data)
  • Interpreting CC&B and solutions to client management based on data findings
  • Building necessary reports in Excel, and or PowerBi that best assist the client in CC&B strategy
  • Background in Customer service Quality exp highly desired,
  • Able to look at Data/metrics and interpret,
  • PowerBi dashboards/reports/building data in PowerBi strong skill to have on par with Tableau exp.
  • Must have min 3 yrs in Quality Analyst space, please do not submit candidates with 10-20+ yrs exp. The target range is 3-5 yrs ideally
  • high school ok (but degree preferred)
  • Microsoft office (Excel key) 3 yrs+, PowerBi = 3 yrs min, Tableau helpful
  • Quality Analyst (able to interpret reports/metrics)
  • Willingness to learn, participate and collaborate
Qualification
  • Highschool ok, but a college degree in any concentration is preferred. Candidates with a BA/BS get priority consideration.
  • Those without a college degree should have 5 years minimum verifiable Quality Analyst exp

Pay Range*: $38 - 42 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
