Business Analyst II

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 1 - 2 days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN or Richmond, VA. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Business Analyst II is responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements.

How you will make an impact:

  • Supports complex, white glove document operations for Large Groups.
  • Works directly with sales on summary of benefit/evidence of coverage requirements and document generation.
  • Provides dedicated support to 500+ accounts with complex benefit structures.
  • Supports critical peak season volumes.
  • Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
  • Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
  • Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred skills, capabilities, and experiences:
  • Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, facilitation skills and analytical skills strongly preferred.
  • Health Insurance Benefits knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Evidence of Coverage knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DocGen/P2A preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce/COM2 preferred.
