Basic Job Functions:

The Business Analyst in the Finance Department is an integral part of our Nucor Steel Marion Team: positively impacting safety, providing timely, accurate financial information capturing business requirements and insights on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Is involved with the completion of ad-hoc decision support analyses and assisting with various financial and department related projects.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years financial or accounting responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with KPI reporting
• Ability to effectively interrelate with departments across all levels of the organization
• Prior experience using Oracle ERP System
• Power BI reporting experience
