Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Master's-Level Intern at Behavioral Health Network!
Working with Integrated Behavioral Health in Women's health at Baystate Wesson Women Clinic interns will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse medical staff who are part of the OB/GYN clinic. You will receive experience in the following tasks working with the program: Short Term Treatment (STT), ability to complete a warm handoff for patients, Community-based support, and brief interventions.
All interns gain experience with a wide spectrum of diagnoses ranging from psychosis to adjustment disorders. The population presents a history of complex trauma, poverty-related problems, substance abuse issues, acculturation difficulties, personality disorders, legal problems, multiple medical issues, and other co-morbidities.
The population interns will be working with are multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Arabic, etc.) and ability to speak more than one language is great if not we have access to a language line.
