We are in search for Assistant HR Manager with Manufacturing experience. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources- Salary $80k-$90k This position will be leading a team of Recruiting/Staffing Specialists, Employee Relations, Payroll and HRIS Benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Developing and executing hourly recruiting and sourcing process to meet production partners goals.

2. Developing and administering various improvements in current recruiting processes.

3. Work with 3rd party temporary agencies with conversion of temporary employees each month.

4. Leading the development of the HR department goals, objectives and systems.

5. Establishing department recruiting KPIs and systems to track and visualize results.

6. Ensuring consistent policy implementation.

7. Building relationships with all employees in order to foster a more open and communicative environment that provides support to all employees in relation to understanding the company and its policies.

8. Grasping employee opinions to understand their concerns and address quickly to minimize morale impact.

9. Understand all employment laws and standards and provide appropriate trainings and advice to managers and TMs.

10. Execute other items upon request by the company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.

2. 5 to 7 years' experience in Human Resources Management.

3. Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

4. (3) years or more in leadership/supervisory experience.

Comprehensive understanding of all employment laws and standards.

5. Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

6. Self-motivated, self-directing, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

7. Advance in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.), able to create documents, graphs and databases.

8. Must be able to work overtime or outside typical business hours according to business needs.

9. Reasonable business travel required according to business needs.

Desirable Qualifications

10. Five (5) years or more experience working in manufacturing environment.
