We're seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our vibrant team. As our Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and organization of our hotel. Your dedication will ensure that every room exudes cleanliness, every corner shines, and every guest departs with a smile of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Lead, inspire, and empower our housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional cleanliness and service that radiates excellence.

- Collaborate in scheduling and coordinating our housekeeping staff to ensure every nook and cranny receives the attention it deserves.

- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure top-notch standards.

- Provide comprehensive training to new team members on effective cleaning techniques, as well as familiarize them with hotel protocols and standards.

- Proactively monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring timely orders are placed as per requirements.

- Address and resolve hotel guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.

- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.

- Ensure team has continuous access to the tools and equipment to best do their job

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

- Maintain records of cleaning activities and inspections.

Qualifications

- Dive into the role with prior housekeeping experience in a hotel, ideally with 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity to lead with flair.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Embrace and thrive in a dynamic role that involves working diverse shifts, weekends, and holidays, infusing a sense of excitement and variety into your routine.

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.

- High School diploma or equivalent
