One of NYC's top family owned Developer/Owner/Operators with a portfolio of 40 Million Sq/ft is seeking to add an Assistant Community Manager to the team!

This Assistant Community Manager will oversee 2 properties in the Lower East Side. These properties are a Luxury-market rental and an affordable Sr. Living totaling to 500 units.

Who you are:

  • 3 years' experience in multifamily management
  • Experience with LIHTC, HPD, HDC
  • Experience in Luxury multifamily
  • Experience with move ins/ move outs, tenant complaints, and work orders
