Core Responsibilities

Our team mandate / key objectives are to:

  • Increase focus on integrating with local markets (US, CA, MX)
  • Grow LEGO Retail footprint thru expansion and optimization of portfolio of stores
  • Implement the LEGO Retail Global Marketing Plan with precision and excellence
  • Drive footfall / traffic
  • Capture local opportunities, devise mechanic for contingency and ensure fast local response
You will contribute to these thru:

  • Support execution of marketing plans alongside a team of Campaign Managers that deliver successful omnichannel shopping experiences, driving achievement of LEGO® Stores and LEGO.com objectives
  • Support event management and planning for Grand Opening & Anniversary celebrations for LBR stores
  • Drive and implement experiential activities instore to create awareness and engagement with our brand and channels (ie: Make & Takes, Instore Workshops, Passport Program) for Families & Kids
  • Assist in retail marketing program development, including briefing in-store and ecommerce campaigns, and collaboration with creative and media agencies to move to execution
  • Support day to day needs across AMS Regional marketing team inclusive of tasks to enable execution of marketing programs including calendar maintenance and accuracy, store communication, sample orders, installation instructions, kitting of programs, shipping details/tracking, call center communication and troubleshooting any challenges that arise
  • Support proximity marketing for LBR stores by managing our Mall Marketing partner (Engagement Agents), managing calendar, development and delivery of assets to support key campaigns, promotions and product launches
  • Gather and organize insights and data to inform instore marketing development and execution
  • Support processes for month end close and year end close for AMS Regional Marketing budget
  • Accountable for flexing independently across campaigns and team responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the global marketing plan and calendar of activity for LEGO Retail in the Americas (AMS), being an ambassador for activity across other LEGO Group Business Units
  • Work in partnership with the Sr Campaign Manager and other Campaign Managers to be the regional leads for driving key campaigns, ensuring strong local execution and relevant local activations that drive awareness of our product portfolio and drive to LEGO Retail

This role sits in the LEGO Retail AMS Regional Marketing team which falls within the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) team within LEGO Retail. You will join a team of other marketeers whose role it is to deliver and complete marketing campaigns within our region, driving both traffic and conversion for our LEGO Retail Stores and LEGO.com!

We deliver the ultimate brand experience for our shoppers and work closely with Store Operations to ensure a strong execution instore as well as with the LEGO.com team to optimize the traffic going to eCommerce.

In addition, we partner with our BU Brand teams to integrate into local activity and ensure tight-knit collaboration across the business.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 2+ years experience in retail / shopper marketing, including planning and execution of in-store campaign elements
  • Hands on experience in developing in store and event material and activations including working with external agencies for design, production and execution
  • Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management and marketing logistics
  • Relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic, fast running cross-functional team
  • Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units
  • Strong attention to details with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with managing processes through tools like Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Exhibits resilience, energy, passion, and a can-do attitude
  • Advanced level English required
Additional details on this position

  • The salary for this position has a range of $81,600 - $122,400 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
  • This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
