The successful Area Education and Onboarding Specialist will promote doctor and practice success by leading the execution of professional education plans. This role will effectively establish strong relationships with key customer stakeholders while working alongside cross-functional internal teams to deliver educational offerings within a specific region in the United States and Canada.
In this role, you will...
- Plan and implement strategic educational offerings and programs, including treatment planning workshops
- Serve as the designated education contact for the region's sales team and cross-functional teams
- Manage educational events with the field to ensure all tasks complete (e.g., events)
- Understand unique customer business goals and strategies for doctors and team members within the region you support
- Identify education needs and opportunities to facilitate education plans as it relates to specific needs/goals
- Create an educational plan with partners (determine what the partner's goals are and then how do we get there
- Attend and communicate educational updates and best practices updates on regional and all hands sales calls
- Troubleshoot and identify gaps with education pathways, learnings, or offerings to create a seamless customer experience.
- Work directly with the sales team to build and maintain educational programs for the regions
- Work with cross-functional teams on course materials and execution of educational events while maintaining high-quality partner experience
- Work with company speakers and faculty to coordinate and prepare them for educational events for the region
- Collaborate to produce learning materials and provide internal training for members of the sales team
- Manage regional education budget
- Perform other duties as assigned
In this role, you'll need ...
- Bachelor's Degree
- Dental industry experience desired
- Educational and program planning experience desired
- Strong project management skills with effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong preference to work as a member of a team
- Ability to learn new software systems independently
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
